CANCELLATION POLICY

Roielle Crowns charges a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. We understand that sometimes “life happens.” Therefore the non refundable deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if communicated with your stylist. All services will require a non refundable deposit charged at the time of booking.
